Çeşme Belediye Spor hosts a variety of sports activities and events. Within its structure, the Chess Training Center provides free courses each year to approximately 100 students. The Chess Training Center offers two separate course periods: June–October and July–September. Its students have won numerous awards in national and international tournaments.

Çeşme Belediye Spor was originally founded as Çeşme Spor in 1947. The club played professionally in the 3rd League between 1984 and 1992 under the name Çeşme Spor. In 1994, the club’s name was changed and officially registered as Çeşme Belediye Spor. Since 2015, it has been competing in the Super Amateur group. The Çeşme Municipality serves sports enthusiasts with turf fields located in various parts of the district.

Additionally, Çeşme Belediye Spor offers courses in football, basketball, volleyball, swimming, and boxing during the winter and summer seasons.
